Our Story

We started our business with one goal in mind which is providing an enjoyable dining experience along with the Persian culture to Maastricht and its surrounding areas. Thanks to our team's expertise, experience and dedication, we’ve managed to capture our customer's hearts by providing dishes that are homemade, locally sourced, fresh and simply unforgettable. At Darvish prepare to be surprised with classic as well as modern Persian cuisine with ingredients and spices that have made Persian cuisine one of the richest cuisines in the world.

Mission

Darvish restaurant is aiming to provide Maastricht and its surrounding area with homemade Persian dishes made with local products as well as Persian culture and traditions.

Vission

Apart from offering unforgettable dishes, Darvish restaurant is committed to broadening the horizons of its customers by introducing them to the Persian culture through food and various relevant content posted on its different social media platforms.

Contribution to the community

Darvish restaurant has almost no food waste. 50% of our leftovers are donated to homeless people in Maastricht and the other 50% are sold as "Student Meals" for a very low price.
We support local suppliers. Our dishes are made out of local products. Because of this, we are proud to say that we have a minimal carbon footprint.
The meat we use is 100% halal en fresh. So, our Muslim customers could enjoy our heavenly dishes as well.
We only use electric scooters and bikes to deliver our dishes.
